Users are craving a new online experience, meaning greater interactivity. Having a visually/content dead website will automatically gravitate users towards the exit button in the top right corner of their screen. Interactive content is a better way to educate, entertain, and engage your audience in your website or product.

Interactive content requires literal engagement. Meaning, more than simply reading or watching, which is what most websites consist of. Also, interactive content adds a lot more value to the user by creating a two-way dialog. As a result, this enables a personalized, user-oriented experience from start to finish.

The biggest benefits of interactive content are obviously, the fact that it is more engaging and enjoyable to use. As well as, the fact that it will keep your users on your website longer. It is also immensely sharable, which opens the opportunity to growing your presence as a business.

You might be asking why this concept works. Well, as humans we can’t seem to resist the urge to compete, compare, share our opinions, and have fun. That type of personalization is just appealing to people. A perfect example of this would be to send out quizzes or surveys. Before an event, send out a quiz to increase booth traffic.

More platforms to use interactive content in would be blogging, social media, or even your email. Really, just incorporate interactive content wherever your business gets the most traffic.  That could be your website, instagram, facebook, blog, or twitter. Whatever platforms your customers use the most is where your interactive content should be focused.
