Client Support Representative

The Client Support Representative acts as the main point of contact for clients, answering questions and providing information about products and services. They manage client inquiries, assist with account setup, and ensure a smooth experience.


The role requires strong customer service, professional communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the representative works closely with management to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.

In the role of a Client Support Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact across our client portfolio.


• Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers, answering inquiries and providing accurate information about our clients’ products and services.

• Serve as the primary contact for both new and existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.

• Handle customer maintenance requests and work with team members to find and follow up on the best possible solution.

• Facilitate new account onboarding, guiding them through necessary paperwork, procedures, and agreements.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ services, pricing, and offerings to effectively address client questions and concerns with upper management.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
