Client Support Representative
The Client Support Representative acts as the main point of contact for clients, answering questions and providing information about products and services. They manage client inquiries, assist with account setup, and ensure a smooth experience.
The role requires strong customer service, professional communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the representative works closely with management to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
In the role of a Client Support Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact across our client portfolio.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers, answering inquiries and providing accurate information about our clients’ products and services.
• Serve as the primary contact for both new and existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Handle customer maintenance requests and work with team members to find and follow up on the best possible solution.
• Facilitate new account onboarding, guiding them through necessary paperwork, procedures, and agreements.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ services, pricing, and offerings to effectively address client questions and concerns with upper management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Digital Marketing Assistant (Paid Search)
In this position you will learn how to build paid search ad campaigns, as well as tend to optimization tasks to ensure campaigns maintain positive performance.
This is a part-time position working 3 days remote with occasional team and client meet-ups in our Hauppauge, NY office.
We are located in the Hauppauge Industrial Park.
In the role of a Digital Marketing Assistant (Paid Search), you will strategize, execute, optimize and analyze paid search campaigns across our client portfolio.
• Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for better performance
• Conduct demographic and other research related to campaign set up
• Collaborate with the team to fully understand client goals for each campaign
• Represent your department in client meetings and conference calls
• Participate in new business proposals/presentations
• Compile account audits / recommendations and advise on implementation to whatever degree your experience allows
• Complete monthly reporting and weekly in-depth analysis of paid media for assigned clients
• Generate, deploy and manage conversion tracking tags using Google Tag Manager
