How to Get Verified on Twitter

One of the most sought-after things on Twitter is the blue check.

This is a symbol of showing that you are a verified account on Twitter. But how do you get the blue check? Here is how.

1. Fill out everything in your bio on Twitter. Twitter is looking for completed profiles when it comes to verified accounts.
2. Make sure your profile is of interest to the public. This could include accounts such as figures and people in the fields of television, film, music, politics, and business.
3. Make sure your profile has been active within the past two weeks. It’s possible that a profile that is ready to be verified means that it is an active profile.
4. Link to other verified accounts on your account. This could include people you know who are verified.
5. If you’re an organization, add number-related statistics to your profile. This could include the year you were founded, how many people you have helped, and how many years you’ve been around.
6. If you’re an individual, use your most important job title in your bio. You can link to where you work if necessary.
7. Use your exact location. Don’t make it less specific.

These are just a few tips to help you get verified on Twitter. Using these along with other strategies can help you become a verified account.
